I am a mother of four, Master Herbalist, Lactation Consultant, Postpartum Doula and Student Midwife. I offer my consulting services online or in your home!

I am also the owner/creator of Mangata Apothecary, a small brand of aromatherapy rollers and herbal balms that I sell wholesale or retail.

My breadth of training across maternal and infant health is wide. I hold a prior Bachelor of Science in Midwifery from the Midwives College of Utah, am currently completing my  Bachelor of Midwifery at UBC, and am sitting the IBCLE (lactation consultant) exam in September 2026.

My clinical experience spans birth and postpartum doula work in Vancouver, midwifery placements across Oregon, the Philippines, India, Tanzania, and Uganda, and ongoing UBC midwifery clinical rotations. This international exposure has given me a rare breadth of perspective on how care looks across cultures, systems, and settings — and a deep adaptability that serves families from all backgrounds.

I offer a holistic approach to maternal recovery and infant feeding. I also support breastfeeding with clinical confidence, understanding the physical and emotional arc of the fourth trimester, and bring the kind of grounded empathy that comes from returning to advanced training as a mother myself — giving me far greater sympathy for the families I support.
